He connected them together, putting Pepper in a hogtie. Pepper was confused as to why she was hogtied on the floor and not helping Mr. Big Boss with his tasks. She was though, Pepper was serving as entertainment while the Boss sat with another executive and watched her immobility. Pepper could barely move at all.
